With a clear vision for thoughtful medium-density living, Pilea is conceived as a place where community can grow. Generous landscaping and shared spaces create a connection to the outdoors, while private gardens and expansive terraces extend everyday living beyond the home. Open, adaptable interiors are designed for comfort and functionality over time. A warm, understated palette of pale textured brick and natural timber defines the residences, with curved brick corners, deep-set windows and projecting brick surrounds adding depth and character to the façades. Vertical timber battens wrap balconies and ground-floor openings, providing privacy while framing views and allowing natural light to filter through.
