Drawing on a deep understanding of the local area, Gower Street Residences is a community shaped by the belief that thoughtful design can nurture a sense of belonging. A collection of contemporary townhomes in Preston balances refined detailing with comfortable, modern living. Pale textured brick, dark cladding and crisp metal detailing create a restrained yet distinctive material palette. Jack Merlo’s landscape design is a defining feature of the project, weaving greenery throughout the development to soften the built form and create a distinctive connection between each home and its outdoor setting. Together, the homes and gardens establish a cohesive and enduring sense of place.
